skate journal: a couple flippers in the garage (jan 11, 2016 day 11)

Went out to the garage feeling sore and not motivated. Did some “manuals” to begin, then kickflips. Then a fakie flip or two before trying switch heels. I wasn’t really committing. Went for a nollie flip and the pain crouching was too much so I went inside.
