Went to Broomfield after some lounging around and arrived to a mostly empty park.\u00a0 It felt pretty cold even though it was in the 40s.\u00a0 We started on the blue bank spot.\u00a0 My ollies up were sketchy every time.\u00a0 Kevin had kickflip and nollie flip fakies on it.\u00a0 I was struggling big time, but managed a shove fakie and no comply bigspin.\u00a0 We were almost shown up by a young kid hell bent on showing us how good he is.\u00a0 It was weird.\u00a0 Then we played a game of SKATE.\u00a0 I lost, no surprise.\u00a0 But it was a decent warm up.\u00a0 I got close to nollie tre and tre.\u00a0 My bushings were feeling super weird, like loose, but then would totally stick.\u00a0 Then it was mostly the black ledge.\u00a0 Kevin rattled off trick after trick as he does going fast.\u00a0 I had a couple tricks.\u00a0 Then we tried new tricks.\u00a0 He started with pop shove 50 on the blue ledge, landed it, then moved on to the black ledge and landed it.\u00a0 I was trying halfcab crook the whole time.\u00a0 I didn’t get close on the black ledge at all, but would eventually get a very brief jib on the blue ledge.\u00a0 It’s progress I guess.\u00a0 Then I did a few quartapotty tricks as setup for a back 50 on the blue ledge.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
