On a hot Saturday I met up with Fuzz, Dave L, Dave F, Rob and Kevin to do some actual street skating at one of our favorite spots.\u00a0 Rocky Mtn.\u00a0 As soon as I got out of the car I felt terrible on my skateboard.\u00a0 The orthotics are killing me and my boardfeel.\u00a0 Sure the knee pain is going away, but man the foot pain is back.\u00a0 It’s always one or the other.\u00a0 Rob had started a warmup challenge of manual ollie over a grate back to manual.\u00a0 I didn’t participate.\u00a0 Kevin, Fuzz, Rob got it.\u00a0 Kevin and Fuzz may have added another grate to the mix.\u00a0 Dave L might have done it too.\u00a0 Dave F hadn’t shown yet.\u00a0 I just dorked around slowly.\u00a0 Actually the only thing I did worth even noting was a nollie shove manual on the speed bump.\u00a0 I did a few of these.\u00a0 Dave F showed up and got in the mix quick.\u00a0 Most people skated the bank\/curb for awhile.\u00a0 I didn’t feel like ollieing up the curb so I didn’t.\u00a0 I saw Kevin do a kickflip up, ollie onto the bank, then switch manual the sidewalk.\u00a0 Doh, I knew I should have filmed that.\u00a0 I saw Rob do some hot curb manuevers.\u00a0 Crooks pop up, back shove front 50.\u00a0 I started filming Fuzz.\u00a0 He got a sick line twice.\u00a0 Ledge, manny on the bank.\u00a0 Then I started filming Kevin for awhile.\u00a0 He was bummed having to try a trick that came easy the first time.\u00a0 Dave got a sick feeble stall on the bank to curb.\u00a0 After awhile I asked Rob\/Fuzz to film as they weren’t skating and Fuzz was kind enough to film.\u00a0 I started dorking around with an idea.\u00a0 Ollie up to rock stall to “nollie” shove onto the ledge then kickflip off.\u00a0 Kevin got his trick.\u00a0 Fuzz started filming me, gave up after awhile then Rob started filming me.\u00a0 I finally got it.\u00a0 I was very hyped.\u00a0 Thanks for filming it so well Rob.\u00a0 Dave L got a rad back tail \/ crail \/ manual combo.\u00a0 Then we left for a 2 stair manny pad.\u00a0 Pretty sick spot, but the wind was fierce from a nearby storm.\u00a0 It didn’t stop Kevin and Fuzz from manualling it.\u00a0 Maybe Kevin would have gotten a manual kickflip had the wind not been so bad.\u00a0 Rob no complied up and almost to manual.\u00a0 I couldn’t get the ollie up.\u00a0 It’s amazing how poorly I skated all day, but getting a clip felt absolutely great. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
