On a windy night I met Jake and Saul at the meetup curb.\u00a0 We cruised it for a bit.\u00a0 Saul was able to slappy the square part.\u00a0 Jake and I got the little manual bonks.\u00a0 I managed to do a rare front 180 nose manual 180 out aka the twirlybird.\u00a0 I was hyped on that.\u00a0 Then we were off to Baker ledge.\u00a0 The wind was pretty bad at times.\u00a0 I want to blame it for how badly I skated, but clearly there was more.\u00a0 I had some okay manuals and nose manuals, got a 2nd try front 50 then couldn’t ever do it again.\u00a0 That bummed me out so much.\u00a0 Street Saul was trying manuals and slappies on the low part of the ledge.\u00a0 Jake was rifling off tricks.\u00a0 Front 50, front tail, front tail fakie, crooks, noseslide shove, crooks shove, front 5-0 and eventually frontside halfcab noseslide.\u00a0 He had some manuals too, some good no comply 180s off the manny pad and a fakie back tail.\u00a0 I kinda gave up and just tried a line over and over of nose manual then noseslide 270 shove (the hard way) and got kinda close.\u00a0 We left.\u00a0 I was very bummed on how I skated.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
