Especially the incredibly noisy pivot cups.\u00a0 I struggled to kickflip or halfcab\u00a0flip.\u00a0 Did some basics around the park briefly after flailing at flatground.\u00a0 Then remembered Monico\u00a0was in a Rick flip challenge so I went in on them.\u00a0 And I got one!\u00a0 And it made me very happy.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-9-16 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Carcass toss with @fullertron and some more fun at Frederick Skatepark #over50skateboarding\" width=\"422\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QHuxeO_s5Us?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After work then a long traffic jam I ended up at a mostly empty Frederick park with Dave.\u00a0 Warming up wasn&#8217;t as bad as I thought and for some random reason I thought of Donnie inspiration and we hucked some fs ollies up the bank.\u00a0 And it was super fun.\u00a0 We stuck to the bank area most of the night.\u00a0 We tried lines for quite a while.\u00a0 Dave did his line of fakie flip then bigspin, but of course I got a spam call which messed up the recording.\u00a0 I tried kf to fakie then rick flip for a while but was not close to the rick flip, was also not close to f\/s halfcab\u00a0flip or even f\/s flip.\u00a0 I tried some sw front bluntslides\u00a0and gave up after a slam.\u00a0 Dave had sw blunt slide and front shove over the hip.\u00a0 I had some alley oop fakie frontside grinds down the qp that were fun.\u00a0 This seems like very little, but it was actually a long session and quite fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(setup 2\/10 8.25 null time warp, jessup ultra, slappy low profile 8.25, 52mm spitfire f4 99a classic pink\/green, splay rev lt b\/w size 12 with remind cush insoles)<br>(pain level 3\/10)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the way to work I stopped for a brief mostly-flatground session.\u00a0 I had 8.25 with slappy lows and mostly hated it.
