src=\"http:\/\/www.k5.com\/images\/products08\/CIRCA\/L\/RIOTSHOE_BWTBLK4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"389\" \/>After my last temper fit I went and got some fake vulc shoes. \u00a0Circa Riots. \u00a0I had wore them all day at work and skated Rampy with them and they kinda felt ok. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/nullskateboards.com\/wordy\/?page_id=199\">Josh<\/a>, Jason and I drove through snow and wind to get there around noon. \u00a0It wasn&#8217;t warm and warming up wasn&#8217;t easy in those moonboots with cupsoles. \u00a0I&#8217;m as picky as it gets about shoes. \u00a0I figured cupsoles would be great on my upcoming trip to SF, but my god, breaking them in is like risking your ankle every second of skating. \u00a0I hated it. \u00a0Josh was killing everything in sight. \u00a0So sick to watch. \u00a0After skating around for quite some time and sucking we started skating the weird banked spot that seems straight out of Barcelona. \u00a0Josh was doing every 360 flip variation there was. \u00a0jason and I were trying some weird grind transfer tricks. \u00a0I got a back 5-0 270 transfer thing. \u00a0It was pretty dumb, but probably ended up being my favorite trick of the day. \u00a0Around now <a href=\"http:\/\/nullskateboards.com\/wordy\/?page_id=118\">Mikey<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/nullskateboards.com\/wordy\/?page_id=71\">Chris <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/nullskateboards.com\/wordy\/?page_id=135\">Chad <\/a>showed up and brought crappy weather with them. \u00a0It got way colder and it was snowing off and on. \u00a0At one point I was just riding down a flat bank and came off my board and almost died. \u00a0It was at that point that I decided it was in my best interest to never skate cupsole shoes again and I went straight to the car and got some Vans I had brought with me incase the cupsoles sucked. \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i212.photobucket.com\/albums\/cc13\/Milladelphia\/DSC_1072.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>All of a sudden skating started becoming fun again. \u00a0Unfortunately this was also about the time the snow really started coming down and sticking. \u00a0Ugh. \u00a0After a huge bag of Zesty Combos and an hours drive Josh, Jason and I stopped at <a href=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/?p=140\">Parker skatepark <\/a>and were met with intense cold. \u00a0We didn&#8217;t even roll around the park twice before leaving. \u00a0If nothing else I relearned a valuable lesson, cupsoles
