After work, a nap and dinner Fuzz, Conner, Max, Jake and eventually non-skating Carleigh showed up with beer.  It was the first time Fuzz, Max or Conner had skated Rampy.  Max was really excited to skate Rampy.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3017\" title=\"find the 4 nulls and win big\" src=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/crew-640x956.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"956\" \/><\/a>Left to right &#8211; Fuzz, Conner, dork, Jake. \u00a0Since Carleigh did a good job of avoiding skate photos of Jake I&#8221;ll start with him. \u00a0He ripped it as usual. \u00a0Nosepick, stalepick, front disaster revert, back 5-0 to fakie, fully decked front rocks on the narrow side, and much more.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3018\" title=\"bail\" src=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/max-640x642.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"642\" \/><\/a>Max had to leave first, but introduced Rampy to a couple \u00a0new tricks first. \u00a0Switch front blunt and switch blunt heel out. \u00a0Well, he never quite rode away clean enough for our high standards. \u00a0He did switch blunt followed up on the next wall with blunt fakie. \u00a0He ripped it way more then I thought he would.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3019\" title=\"carleigh can you shoot a photo of me doing an ollie\" src=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/fuzzollie-640x1006.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"1006\" \/><\/a>Fuzz raised the bar on the highest ollie Rampy has seen. \u00a0He also introduced Rampy to front noseblunts, front noseblunt 180 out, front 270 nosepick, and ripped it. \u00a0He skates fast and it was funny to see how quickly he would get to the next wall as sometimes he would be out of control and still pull off a gnarly trick. \u00a0Or just grab the coping and hold on to recover.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3020\" title=\"conner\" src=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/conner-640x428.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a>Conner got mad steez. \u00a0He started slow and just kept skating better and better. \u00a0Lots of steezy disasters, smiths, 5-0&#8217;s, etc. \u00a0Near the end of the session he was working on front smith to front rock. \u00a0We joked about him visualizing it with his tech deck so he pulled it out and finger boarded the trick. \u00a0I said I&#8217;d never make fun of tech decks again if he landed it next try. \u00a0He did. \u00a0Pretty funny.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3021\" title=\"gren brunt\" src=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/gren-blunt-640x428.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a>Since it&#8217;s my ramp I ripped it the hardest as usual. \u00a0Tricks like dropping in, axle stalls and rock fakies almost every try. \u00a0Ha. \u00a0I struggled at times, but had a good time and did lots of the tricks that make me happy. \u00a0Fakie pivot fakie, hurricane, front d, a rare blunt to 50 (above photo), fakie hurricane, brian&#8217;s front tough guy to front rock, and a 900 or two.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3022\" title=\"carreigh\" src=\"http:\/\/nullozinejr.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/carreigh-640x428.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a>Thanks for the photos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/\">Carleigh<\/a>. \u00a0Hope your foot gets better soon so you can top the tail stall \/ rock fakie record. \u00a0More photos on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnarlycarleigh.com\/2011\/01\/rampy-sesh.html\">Carleigh&#8217;s blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Day 4 of bachelor life.
