All the evidence is there that this might be my real problem instead of just an allergy to gluten.  So I&#8217;m on a 30 day fast from foods that are potential allergens.  The light at the end of the tunnel is that I could maybe drink a real beer once in awhile after this 30 days.  Fingers crossed this helps!
