I went out for a short session on a gorgeous day in the upper 40s. I had gone on a long walk with Liz and played football with Ollie already. I really just wanted a short flatground session, but I couldn’t find a close dry spot. I ended up at Bear Creek Elem. There is some flatground in the back, but people were playing basketball. I messed around trying to manual down all 4 of their long stairs out front, only got a couple. Then started trying a line of firecracker down a 3 stair then ollie onto one of the ledges above. Then I gave up on that as I wanted to ollie coming from the far side in the photo as it was slightly downhill. I tried a line of switch 180 the puddle in the background then ollie up onto a ledge, drop and quick back up onto the next. I suck at ollieing up stuff so it felt awesome to try so much. I would get up the first one most times. Most of the time I was in my comfort zone, but sometimes I was going fast for me and I would still get on it. It felt cool. But getting up the next one was about as hard as it could be for me. There is about 8 feet of flat between them. I also tried kickflipping the puddle at the start, but it would send me to the right and make the first ledge really hard. I eventually gave up and just rode through the puddle. Only then did I finally get up and off two of them. But I had to skip the middle one. Oh well. It was sooo much exercise. My heart was beating like crazy. <\/p>\n

Then I noticed this as I left. I took a few tries then ollied off the corner. Neat.<\/p>\n
