skate journal: Brief red curbs session with Fullertron (Feb 10, 2013)

A day after flipping head over heels down a mogul field snowboarding I met Dave at Red Curbs for a brief cold weather session (35 degrees). He only had about 30 minutes which seemed about perfect for my exhausted and sore self. It was mostly slappies for me. Some long front 50 slappies were the funnest starting at the curb cut. Actually my first run was pretty fun of slappy front 50, slappy front tail, boardslide, slappy crooks. I didn’t have much more though. Dave was killing it. 180 nose manual, slappy crooks, front 5-0, almost got front 5-0 to switch crooks, front tailslide, back 180 fakie 50, boardslides to fakie super easy.
