skate journal: treflip frustrations boiled over (feb 12, 2020)

Feeling a little more motivated I went to the garage on another snowy night. I came with the following list and here’s my comments.
Fakie flip – 2nd try felt good
Nollie flip – not close
Switch flip – committed a lot, but not close
Heelflip – got a bad one in a few tries
Switch heel – not really close
Fakie biggerflip – the garage is pretty small to be trying this one, didn’t commit.
Nollie bigflip – not very close
Treflip – I committed in a couple tries, but when I got to 10 tries and hadn’t got me feet on it I lost it. Focused my very old and cracked board. Threw it against the ground for about 10 minutes. Then grabbed my 8.25 setup, composed myself, tried a few more. Threw the board at the mattress for about 10 minutes. Tried some more. Still never got on it. Sat on the cold garage ground wondering if it was time to quit skateboarding. never tried the next tricks.
