Silly me and my stupid trick lists. Anyways, this one has been in my mind for awhile. I want to be able to say I did some of the Boulder basics. I want to put 10 tricks on the list. Is it a reality to get all 10? Probably not. But here is a rough list. I have a week to finalize this garbage.

1. Manual at Wilville. Never done it. Come close, but the last kink throws me off.
2. Front 50 Sussex ledge. Once again, close, but never done it.
3. Ollie a bench gap at Southern Hills. Yeah, I landed on one like 8 years ago, but never did it. I can’t ollie.
4. Kickflip the “Dentist 5” stair. The one trick on here I’ve actually done before, but Max wants me to do it again.
5. Ollie the St Julien 9 stair. Considering I’ve never ollied over 6 stairs before this one is the scariest.
6. Ollie up, backside flip off at the elementary school on the hill. Thanks Jack.
7. Nose manual nollie treflip out at the Mikes Camera manny pad (or any manny pad). All I can say about this one is “Yeah Right!” If I ever even got close I would probably still freak out.

Not sure about the next three. Some rough ideas are:
– Treflip challenge. A line with treflip, nollie treflip and fakie treflip. Yeah so switch tre should be in there too, but this is me we’re talking about.
– Kickflip back 50 ballpark ledges? Probably not gonna make the list.
– I should probably have a tranny trick on the list. Something like finally doing a front smith on something other than Rampy. But maybe I’ll save tranny stuff for when I’m over 40. Ha.

I had some time on a Saturday morning recently and had been waiting for the Dinoseries to show up before changing the board wall.  Step one, taking down the old one.The pile of old boards that weren’t on the wall.Some other old ones and the ones that were taken down.Rough draft of the new wall.  Gotta keep the original deck on the far left.Mandatory music for hanging up the next set of boards..HYPED HYPED HYPED!!!  From the left, In A Jar, Start Choppin, The Lung.  I cannot describe how stoked I am on these and it’s so fun writing these song names down on invoice slips.The completed project.

Carleigh and I “worked” for Fuzz yesterday while he attended his sisters wedding and it was a blast. While we were there Carleigh nearly hyperventilated saying “look at that, look at that!” as an obese person in a cart was in the drive through line at Burger King. Pretty epic. Other then about a 10 minute break to skate the day was spent watching videos and hanging with friends and lurkers. One of the highlights was talking a father/son into getting a full complete. That felt awesome. Although it wasn’t a Null deck. Ha. It was crazy seeing all the kids come in with Null decks though. Thanks for trusting me Fuzz, I had a blast.

Saturday night was a full on Rock Band party.  Brian trying to drum and sing ‘Give It Away’ at the same time was the highlight.

Bernie took this photo awhile ago. I really am surprised at how weird my kickflips look. I seriously had no idea I do a reverse superman thing with my arms. It’s kinda depressing.

Got this photo emailed to me and I’m not even sure who sent it.  It’s either Jimbo, Matt or Shaun from Cheyenne.  Thanks dudes.  This was taken over the summer when we went to Brighton. It’s a weird no comply jammer. It was fun.

After setting up camp we drove into the city to skate and saw a bear!Starting with Roxy the dog going clockwise.  Roxy, Reed, Neil, Gordon, Mary Kate, Lazer, Maria and Brian.Brian sleeping, The Brandows and Reed with his knive.John brought his laptop to show some secret Stereo footage.  Brian disapproves with the thumbs down.Most disgusting photo ever?Nope, this is even more disgusting.Skelly showed up!Brian woke up.In time to see Maria get handled by wine.Reed surprised everyone by throwing a pack of fire crackers into the fire.  Luckily he knew that the forest probably couldn’t handle roman candles.Or maybe he didn’t want to go fetch a very frightened Roxy out of the woods again.Last ones up!  Didn’t make it to the sunrise though.
